Real Life: Day of Practice

Join Sharon for a daylong virtual workshop hosted by Insight LA centered around the themes from Sharon’s book, Real Life. When we’re overwhelmed or afraid, we contract. We feel trapped in the circumstances we face and we reinforce separateness yet feel increasingly lonely. Expansion, by contrast, means a more open sense of possibility, creativity, loving-kindness, connection and joy.

In this daylong virtual workshop, through discourse, dialogue, and meditation exercises, we’ll explore changing the dynamics that have us feeling most contracted to abide in the spaciousness that expansion enables. This is a journey of:

Moving from craving/endless searching to greater peace
Moving from anger and fear to more inclusive compassion
Moving from confusion to vibrancy and connection

This is journeying to a life of authenticity, wisdom and compassion. Compared to our habitual existence, it can be called real life.

This class is a donation based class. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
