This lovingkindness practice focuses on the cultivation of friendship with our bodies. It’s particularly helpful for anyone struggling with serious disease, injury, chronic pain or body challenges. Focusing on different parts of the body in sequence, you silently repeating phrases of well-wishing toward each body part. This is an invitation to let go of judgments and experiment of being with our bodies in a different way.
